<p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>This study aims to implement an image-to-Karawo pattern conversion algorithm in a Flutter-based mobile application as part of the digitalization effort within Gorontalo’s creative industry. The system integrates several image processing stages, including preprocessing, adaptive thresholding, color clustering, edge simplification, and grid generation to produce Karawo patterns ready for embroidery reference. The development method includes interface design, algorithm implementation, and the integration of editing features such as brush tools, dynamic color selection, noise removal, line-thickness adjustment, and undo–redo functionality. The evaluation was performed using various input images—such as floral and human objects—to assess shape accuracy, edge clarity, and color-reduction capability. The results show that the application successfully preserves the main visual structure, produces consistent patterns, and provides editing flexibility that previous software did not support. In conclusion, the implementation of the image conversion algorithm in this mobile application effectively improves the efficiency of Karawo pattern design and offers a potential digital solution for culturally rooted fashion industries.</em></p>Nursetia WatiSunarti Dwi Putra Utina

<p><em>LPG 3 kg gas is a primary energy source for households in Indonesia, making accurate stock management and distribution control essential. Common problems at the distribution level include inaccurate stock records, irregular ordering, and inefficient manual data processing. This study aims to design and develop a web-based application for checking stock and ordering LPG 3 kg gas using the national ID number (KTP) as a unique customer identifier, integrated with basic mathematical calculations.</em></p> <p><em>The application applies basic arithmetic operations to calculate incoming stock, outgoing stock, and remaining stock, as well as percentage and average calculations as part of descriptive statistics. Data were collected through interviews and documentation at several gas distribution points in Sumalata Timur District. The results show that the developed application improves stock data accuracy, simplifies the ordering process, and supports real-time monitoring of LPG availability. The implementation of basic mathematical calculations also assists decision-making and enhances the efficiency of LPG 3 kg gas distribution.</em></p>Nur 'Ain SupuNahdalia Pakaya
