PEMANFAATAN DAUN JATI SEBAGAI PAKAN TERNAK MELALUI FERMENTASI

Abstract

Feed is food/intake given to livestock (pets). Making teak leaf animal feed through a fermentation process using the help of EM4 bacteria (Effective Microorganisms-4). The purpose of this study was to determine the physical quality of animal feed from teak leaves (Tectona grandis). The method used in this study was a descriptive-qualitative research design. The results showed that for parameters from brown to dark brown, the odor was changed from less sharp to very sharp and from very coarse to coarse texture.
